By purchasing Claw Academy, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, don't purchase.

2. What You're Buying

Claw Academy is a digital educational product consisting of:

115-page Mac Mini setup guide (PDF)
50-page VPS setup guide (PDF)
Step-by-step instructions to build your own AI assistant
Access to Discord community (optional)

This is a course, not software. You'll build software (OpenClaw) using the instructions, but we're not selling the software itself (OpenClaw is open-source).

3. Delivery

Upon purchase, you'll receive:

5. What We Don't Guarantee

24/7 personal support (community support is best-effort)

We do guarantee: The course is accurate as of the publish date, and we'll help troubleshoot common issues.

6. User Responsibilities

You're responsible for:

Purchasing your own hardware (Mac Mini or VPS)
Paying for OpenRouter API costs (~$10-20/month)
Following the instructions carefully
Securing your AI assistant (passwords, API keys, etc.)
Complying with OpenRouter and Telegram terms of service

7. Intellectual Property

The course materials (PDFs, guides, instructions) are copyrighted. You may:

Use them for personal learning
Build as many AI assistants as you want
Share knowledge with friends

You may not:

Resell or redistribute the course
Claim authorship of the materials
Use it for commercial training without permission

8. OpenClaw is Open Source

OpenClaw (the software) is open-source and licensed separately. You can:

Use OpenClaw for free (personal or commercial)
Modify it however you want
Share your modifications

Claw Academy teaches you how to use OpenClaw, but doesn't claim ownership of the software.

9. API Costs

OpenClaw requires OpenRouter API credits. Costs vary by usage (~$10-20/month typical). These costs are separate from the course price and paid directly to OpenRouter.

10. No Liability for Data Loss

You're building software on your own hardware. We're not liable for:

Data loss on your Mac Mini or VPS
Security breaches (you control the security)
Costs from misconfiguration

Back up your data. Secure your API keys. Follow best practices.

11. Updates to Course

We may update the course materials for:

Bug fixes in instructions
Major OpenClaw version updates
Significant platform changes (macOS, etc.)

Updates are provided free to existing customers via the original download link.

12. Support

Support is provided via:

Email: Major issues or refund requests

We don't offer 1-on-1 tutoring or live chat support. The course is designed to be self-sufficient.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or revoke access if you:

Violate these terms
Abuse the refund policy
